Very tired, awful carpets, tired broken furniture in the rooms, smell of drains in my room which had internal sink

The view

Everything was impeccable. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows and most of all our praises for the staff and the gentle mean from reception for accommodating a large group of Delegates like us from Ireland.

Nothing.

Location. The very friendly and smiling reception staff definitely deserve a positive mention.

The room itself requires more attention and care. The walls were dirty - I think most of the marks could have been removed quite easily with a simple cleaning sponge. Dirty carpet with numerous stains. We did not feel comfortable walking on it. Unfortunately, the carpets in the corridors and common areas were in a similar condition, with many visible stains and signs of dirt. One of the bed legs was unstable. As our stay was only for one night, we simply took care when sitting on the bed.
