Hotel Del Rio

I loved everything they have! Very kind staffs, cozy and clean room, good pressure of the shower and the atmosphere they have. The beat part was definitely staffs, Christine helped us with information and reservation which helped us a lot.

None, very positive experience

Great location. On the sea front and close to restaurants and bars though still felt quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and very helpful indeed. Giving recommendations for trips and really helping out, if we needed anything.

On our way to the hotel, my backpack bounced out of the golf cart and went missing for a few hours. Thanks to the amazing staff, Griselda, Jennifer, and Christine, who were proactive in helping us recover it. Not only were we grateful for their help that day, but they were always so helpful with their recommendations in restaurants, sightseeing, and how to have a worthwhile experience there. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so smooth and going above and beyond to make our time there so wonderful.

If I had to say something bad will be about sargassum, but definitely it's beyond their power a lot of other places have the same issue.

An absolute gem. Beautiful spacious family cabana on the beach. The friendliest staff ever. They do really go out of their way for you.
