Location
Apartment was dirty. Paper on floor. Sand on counter. Ants in apartment. Cobwebs in ceiling.

it’s a spacious, well located apartment facing the pool and ocean. The terrace is great.
The kitchen cabinets and tools need an update. They are old and aren’t kept as clean as it should. The toilet broke down during our stay and despite promises of someone coming over to fix it, nobody showed up.

I loved the staff, the location is amazing, quiet, the beach and pool area are beautiful. The view exceptional. Very peaceful place.
I didnt like the apartment we stayed in, it was not well maintained, there were so many things briken like the bathroom sinks, the doorknobs in one of the rooms. The bathrooms were dirty and I even saw roaches in the bathroom. It look like the owner of that unit has not been maintaining that place, for the price they charge...maybe good cleaning and remodeling will help.
