The property was in rather poor condition. There was dirt on the floors, ice cream sticks on the floor, exceedingly dirty patio which resulted in more dirt being brought inside. Furthermore, the windows were so dirty that it was necessary to,try and clean them. The gas tank for the bbq was empty. Curtains in one of the bedrooms and the main lounge area were broken from their respective clips on the ends. The two grates in the bathrooms were choked resulting in one of the bathrooms flooding.
We found all these issues very disappointing considering the rental that was charged. It is a lovely unit that has been severely neglected.
