Dear Management Team,I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful my recent stay was, thanks to your incredible team. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, understanding, and incredibly welcoming.I want to give a special mention to Fatimah and Abdulaziz. They truly went out of their way to make me feel at home, and their genuine kindness stood out. It is rare to see such dedicated service, and they made my experience genuinely memorable. Please pass along my sincere thanks to them and the rest of your wonderful team!Best regards,[Your Name]

Clean and spacious rooms, very calm and relaxing hotel
Business lounge was poor, there was no food it was all empty. Room service took 1hr for warm milk and that came hot. Wouldn’t recommend spending extra for business class lounge.
