Miru Niseko

The staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The onsen was lovely, both indoor and outdoor (with privacy). The breakfast was a freshly made Japanese breakfast plus cereal, juice and salad options. We would have loved to stay longer. A short drive to restaurants as the hotel restaurant is closed at this time of year.

The only thing was that the temperature of the shower in our room could (and did) get suddenly very hot.

Miru Niseko was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean, the room was bigger than expexted, the onsen was quite nice and the view of Mount Yotei from our room was breathtaking. It's further out from the city area so it's very calm and quiet. There are nice restaurants around but mostly accessible by car.

Would prefer block out curtains instead of blinds as morning light seeps in easily at 4am.

Our stay at Miru Niseko was absolutely fantastic and exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days on the slopes. One of the biggest highlights was how easy everything was without having a car. The hotel’s shuttle service was super convenient, with seamless drop-offs and pick-ups to the main gondola at Grand Hirafu. They also arranged a pre-scheduled pick-up from the train station, which made arrival completely stress-free. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Norito kindly gave us a lift when we accidentally missed the ski shuttle, which we really appreciated. Inka, Bella, and the rest of the front desk team were amazing—especially in helping us organise luggage couriering, which made our travel so much easier. The food was another standout. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and it changed day-to-day which kept things interesting. Dinner at the restaurant was also outstanding. Dylan gave us fantastic sake recommendations and great local dining suggestions that we really enjoyed. After skiing, the onsen was the perfect way to unwind, especially the outdoor bath. It was peaceful, not crowded, and a real highlight of our stay. The hotel also helped arrange our ski rentals through Rhythm Japan, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, Miru Niseko offers an incredible combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko.

No other dinner options available nearby apart from the hotel restaurant which isn't open every night, so you have to plan ahead
