Soultribe Beach Retreat

Cutest place! We loved it! Staff was super friendly, room was big and nice, and the bathroom also beautiful. We also loved the spot by the beach which we really enjoyed; and the fact that there are not so many rooms so the atmosphere at the hotel always remains peaceful. We also liked the location, as Malinao is a more quiet area of the island, while still not being far from General Luna.

We loved our stay but to be honest the A/C could have been better. We mentioned it and a maintenance person tried to fix it but in the end it just worked when it wanted to.

The place was great, bed comfy and pillows.

Lots of mosquitos, no full body mirror and worst of all, the staff accidentally threw my partners clear retainers which cost a lot :(

We absolutely loved our stay at Soultribe. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peace, care, and connection that is so rare to find. We stayed in the loft for our first night and immediately fell in love with the space. It was beautiful, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. We then spent a few more nights in a beachfront cabana, and it truly felt like a dream. Waking up to the sound of the ocean, seeing the sunlight from bed, and falling asleep with the waves in the background were moments we will never forget. Both spaces are incredible, and you can truly feel how much passion and love the owner has poured into creating this retreat. Every detail, from the beautiful garden and decor to the peaceful atmosphere, feels intentional. The cleanliness and care of the property were exceptional, and we appreciated how beautifully maintained everything was throughout our stay. The team was amazing, kind, welcoming, and always making us feel at home. My favourite space was the outdoor showers; surrounded by nature, beautiful design, and a peaceful atmosphere, they perfectly captured the feeling I was hoping to find: a quiet, thoughtful place to slow down and reconnect. The beachfront cabana was somagical. Waking up by the ocean and watching the sunrise from bed felt unreal. We visited during the second week of July and were lucky to have many beautiful sunny days, but we also experienced an incredible rainstorm that became one of my favourite memories. Watching the storm, hearing the thunder, and seeing the rain outside the window was such a special moment. We also enjoyed a beautiful beach fire one evening and an open-air massage in the upstairs space where they host yoga retreats,both unforgettable experiences. Soultribe is truly a hidden gem. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a beautiful retreat and for making our stay so special. If we return to Siargao, this is where we will stay again. We leave with full hearts and so much gratitude.

Location is close to the Secret beach.
