No breakfast it was a teeny Remy basic flat perfect for one for a night or two.
No humans ! No reception.

Accessibility, value for money, comfort & location. Perfect for my needs.
Nothing really.

Easy to find. Very accessible to city centre.
Good kitchen facility.
Cleanliness was good - sheets were questionable.
Beds were very uncomfortable.
Could get quite loud outside on the square despite it being a Monday night.
Water system is very loud, neighbouring room flushing toilet woke me.

+ My go-to place to stay when I come to Caen (I tried about 5-6 hotels/appartments in that price range).
+ Just next to a Monoprix, close to the train station, right in the middle of the city centre: perfect location.
+ Well equipped.
+ A good value-to-price ratio.
- It was in the midst of a heat wave and there was NOTHING to help cool an apartment unfortunately located under the roof. No air conditioning, no fan, no proper way to protect the windows from the sun. I was absolutely cooking.
