Location and cleanliness of room
We’ve stayed here before in a different room and both the showers flood all over the bathroom. If you do not contact the host of your arrival time there may be a long wait before you can check into your room or even leave your bags as there is no one on the premises all the time.

The bed is as great, balcony was nice, bathroom was modern and clean and the water pressure was nice. Extra towels and blankets and coffee. Nice location to spacca and train station centrale for quick get aways by train.

The property was near everything we needed. The space is decorated very well. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom.

The room and bathroom were clean. The apartment had a high ceiling. The air conditioner was working well and I was able to adjust the temperature. Italian people in the building were very nice and helpful!
The apartment is located on horrible street full of merchants who worked till 1 am. Some drunk black people were discussing their issues very loud till 3am every night. Kitchen didn’t have any wine glasses, good quality pots and pans (scratched Teflon), soap, cloth. The fridge was smaller then in most hotels. I couldn't find it for awhile.
