Location is quite central, everything is within walking distance (including the fort if you take Fort Entrance Rd near Wilburys Café and Restaurant which is a route not recommended by Google Maps for unknown reasons) and the staff is kind. My room was spacious and really nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and the A/C combined with the ceiling fan did a great job keeping my cool. Despite of what I didn't like (see below) I would come back here, although it wouldn't be my first choice.

My room was supposed to have view of the fort, but that was only partially true; the view advertised on Booking.com (a guy looking at the fort from a big window) can be found in the main stairwell. The bathroom was OK; clean, but very simple with a shower which is not separated from the toilet in any way. At breakfast there was little choice from a short list. Given all that, the room was a little pricey on Jodhpur levels.

The accommodation is in the heart of the city and accessible to all major attractions. The rooms are breathtaking and very large and comfortable. The clock tower and Sadar Market is literally around the corner and a short 10 minute flat walk takes you to the Blue City walking area. I could not have asked for a better Tuk Tuk driver Waseem who took me to all the sites I wanted to see. He is such a gentleman and his energy is so calm. Please contact him on +91 99500 71143. The steep well is right next door and Sam's Cafe downstairs has an extensive menu and incredible mango lassis.

It was unfortunate that the rooftop area was under construction but I'm sure it will be beautiful once complete.

Beautiful property, traditional style

Location is good in the old part of the city. To get there you must take a tuk tuk as cars don't really go in. We arrived on a Saturday night, so the streets were not just busy but chaotic. Other days were fine. But this was not a problem for us. Lovely cafeteria in the same property. Staff were so friendly and room was spacious and clean.

The room was very but very warm. Ac barely functioning properly which was unpleasant at some moments especially during the month of April. We did address the problem but no alternative / solution was given (there were other rooms vacant). No mini fridge. Towels had some stains. Unfortunately this is why I am giving it a rating of 6.
