Loved everything. Man who greeted us with ice cold drink was so helpful. We had a beautiful balcony room. Very comphy beds, beautiful bathroom. Great location, walk to markets. Very clean. Very friendly. Small boutique style hotel. Breakfast was so nice. Good to have sit down menu rather than buffet. Food served hot and presented beautifully. Lovely pool area.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is okay. It would be better if the toilet wasn’t located in the shower room.
The room didn’t have a smart TV and the mattress was comfy, it seems like it needs to be replaced.
The staff is nice enough but they are also not welcoming nor warm or personable. It felt really cold and generic.
It’s the first time I’ve had this experience in Thailand, having visited the country more than 10 times.
The pool is not well kept, as it’s a bit dirty in the sides walls.
