Great location. Close to Rialto Bridge and close to shopping and restaurants
No complaints at all

Fantastic location being so close to the Rialto Bridge meant we were central to Venice! Everything within 20 mins walking distance. Our Alilaguna from the airport dropped us at the Rialto Bridge which made it so easy to get to the apartment. All key attractions and sights within easy reach and a convenient shop opposite the property- albeit over the canal!
Nothing to dislike at all, only point would be the stairs up to the property are quite steep and with a heavy suitcase to carry up they were a slight challenge. Not the properties fault and I don’t consider this a negative on the property, merely a heads up to other travellers. If you struggle with stairs together with your suitcase this property may not suit you - but there again Venice won’t neither lol

Location excellent, comfortable room, all amenities good. Everything we needed was there.
Lack of direct light - there’s only a window into a dark internal patio.

Very clean, excellent location, friendly and efficient checkin. The AC worked very well and the water pressure and temperature were great.
Weird and tiny layout, very cramped for the money. Shower and bathroom entry were odd, very little space to put any bags, ok for a very short visit but not for multiple days.
