Lazenska N4 Residence

The location was excellent, just two minutes walk from Charles Bridge, but really quiet. There was a great view of the small square outside the flats, and also of the Petrin Tower and hill. There weren't any staff on-site, but they responded really quickly on WhatsApp when we had queries.

The instructions for opening the main door were unclear and caused us a bit of confusion. As said above, though, we got it cleared up quickly.

A perfect apartment for our family! Great location, very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nothing

The apartment and location were great. My friends and I were very happy with it. We will book it again if we travel to Prague.

It would have been great if we had a toaster snd coffee filters or the place we can get the filters from.

The properity was in a stunning building. High cielings, large corridors, elevator..

The hosting company was not customer focused. We requested a crib for our 2 yo baby. They’ve said it’s not a free service. (Which is free everywhere fir 2 yers old babies, So we asked them to put sheets on the sofa bed for the baby. I also asked 2 additional pillows for my sister who has a back pain and cannot sleep with only 1 pillow. They said they cannot provide more than 4 pillows for 4 guests. They probably thought we were cheeting on the number of guests. Upset, I invited them in the apartment to check! Finally no crib, no sheets for baby, no extra towels and no pillows for my sister were provided !!! The cofee machine had no filter. Dishwasher was not functionning properly. Based on their initial attitude we did not require any support.
