It was in a perfect spot, right in the middle of all the nightlife.
It was comfortable and clean.
I’ve never stayed in a B & B that hadn’t offered breakfast before. And we did request no clean linen, but expected the bins to be emptied daily which didn’t happen.
Being on the 5th floor, the lift only seemed to be working on the up not the down. So we soon got sick of the 125 steps to the street level.

This place is really clean and very well located. You are in the middle of the fun as soon as you step out your doorstep. It’s also well noise proof which is nice, The owner is really nice, I recommend this place if you’re staying in Palermo

Location and overall cleanliness of room
Room was small and cramped. It had very little storage or facilities. The balcony was small and awkward to access and had poor view of street. Room was on the 6th floor serviced by a stairs and a n old lift. There was no sign of any fire escape plan which was unnerving. The owner was not particularly friendly though he did facilitate us on our arrival and departure.
