Super friendly and helpful staff! Extra points for them for letting me practice my (conversant but a bit rusty) Japanese. Convenient location just steps away from a metro station. Everything is efficient and technology-based- even luggage storage. I opted for the breakfast and enjoyed it. Good coffee! Good use of space, too. The bed is high off the ground to allow for suitcase storage there, which meant I wasn't tripping over my luggage during my stay!
Really, no complaints! Great place!

It is VERY close to the Minamimori sub, it was verry easy to get to anywhere in Osaka from there.
The breakfast was also very good.
Ovarall a great experience, I highly recommand this hotel.

Hotel isn't too far from everything you'd love to see in Osaka. Room was clean, comfortable, and I'd stay here again.
