The reservations, the property, the hotel, staff, and everything associated with the Ritz-Carlton was amazing. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

We loved our vacation to St. Thomas. The Ritz-Carleton Vacation Club was fabulous. We were able to use all of the hotel amenities and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Two hotel rooms isn’t great but the unit we rented was super spacious and made us all comfortable. We also received great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.

Gorgeous property (condo was exactly as represented)! Everything about our stay was perfect. Heidi, the booking agent, was wonderful - all of her recommendations were spot on! Our family made a week full of special memories!
