The hotel is very convenient for arriving by rail to Principe. The square between the station and the hotel is well lit at night which is brilliant for late arrival. The hotel is a short walk from all the main visitor attractions, restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to have the small shop with essential supplies in the foyer.
There was no drinking water or coffee in the room. I would have liked some on arrival and some water for overnight but I was able to buy a bottle of water in the foyer

Clean. Comfortable. Easy access. Walkable. Staff was very attentive and very nice breakfast buffet Right across from train station

Located outside of train station .. Friendly staff recommended route walking past lovely old architectures in old town and very busy restaurant with great tasting thin and slippery pasta that was hidden away from main street .. we would never have found it ourselves ..

TV and Internet was nice. Loads of storage to pack.
It was a high season rooms were costing double as normal and it was too crowded. Bathroom was ok but not too good.
