Stuff was nice. Good accommodations like welcome drink, late night ramen service, sauna and bath in the basement and free ice cream bar. I felt welcome to stay there.

Central location and clean. Rooms were great and the Japanese bath a bonus . Washing machine also helpful

My pillow was firm but reception staff happily gave me a soft one

Close to amenities. Clean. Unexpected free stuff like washing machines, spa, noodles. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Everything was easy.

Only 2 pillows which were quite hard but maybe if we had asked that could have been fixed

The location was amazing. Near the metro and a great area for eating and shopping, as well as a short walking distance to some historical sights. The onsen was fabulous, along with the nightly noodles and all-day popsicles! The staff were nice, but I didn't interact with them much because they were on the second floor and I didn't go there often. The housekeeping team was SO lovely. They meticulously cleaned my room and were so friendly every time I saw them. I appreciate their attention to detail.

The bed! The bed was SO hard. I barely slept while I was there because the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also awful. I was there for 4 nights. While I loved the onsen, the 1 hour I spent a night there did not make up for the many hours of abysmal sleep. I wish I could rate it higher, but as a hotel you really only have one thing to do and that's provide a comfortable night's sleep, which did not happen for me. Also, the room was so small. I get that it's in a big city, but there was nowhere to put my clothes. I had to move the nightstand in order to have a place to put my clothes and then wheel my suitcase under the bathroom sink just to have a walking path. For 4 nights, it was not a comfortable stay and I would have stayed elsewhere if I could do it over again.
