Very clean. Great staff. We liked that the location was away from the noise of the city center.
The mattress on our bed was not comfortable

The location was great, nice walk into the town. The pool and bar were exceptional.
The room was very small and the air was inconsistent.
The hotel is missing some of the soft touches, no water in the room on arrival. No decaffeinated coffee option at breakfast, only if you pay.

Good location. Very nice room (after moving from first room due to noise from service lift).
Breakfast was very disappointing. Certainly not of 4 star standard. Very much canteen style. Cold plates, and tepid food is not a great combination.
Fruit salad in jam jars, clearly prepared the night before as, dry and a bit brown.
Pool area a bit tired. Again, for 4 star you would expect mattresses on the sun beds. These were just nylon material, that you can feel the metal frame through.
