Location was excellent. Washing machine was useful. Well stocked with crockery etc. Aircon was a blessing.
The pillows were too hard for us and they were all the same. Not enough airflow from the lounge room aircon into the main bedroom - a fan would be handy.

The comfort and quality of appliances, the location and kindness of the service.

This was our 3rd stay at the clean and spacious air conditioned BCNGotic apartments, and Enric met us at the agreed upon arrival time to give us the keys. The ideal location, near a metro stop, offered convenient access to the train station, airport, shopping, and attractions. We appreciated having the washing machine to do our laundry.
Minor issue, a clothes drying rack would be most helpful.
