Having to leave

Proximity to the airport and beach; Swim up pool; The quantity and variety of meals; various locations to relax in the depending on mood. The hotel staff were brilliant.

End of season and the whole hotel (except staff)felt tired. Meals felt mass produced. It was expensive for the quality. Constant low flying aircraft but we chose it to be neat the airport.

It was a nice place, the attention was top, nice big bedroom with good balcony, pools very good, the animation was also so Good, the nights parties are so nice, very good price-quality relation. Recommend. The stage is great, waitress team are very warm kind and friendly all the time

The staff and reception team were friendly, polite and helpful. Whenever we asked for something, they responded quickly. For example, when we requested fresh bed linen and duvet covers, they were changed immediately. The room itself was generally clean and spacious, and the panoramic windows made it feel bright. A few meals during our stay were also very tasty. Unfortunately, the positive service from the staff could not make up for the problems with the building, facilities and overall quality of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. We were not aware before booking that the hotel is located directly under a flight path. The aircraft noise was extremely loud, and sometimes the room even vibrated when planes passed overhead. We were told that the rooms had soundproofing, but in reality we could hear the planes, the corridor and neighbouring guests very clearly. We stayed in room 407, which had panoramic windows. One of the windows appeared to be damaged or not properly secured, because it constantly rattled in the wind. The doors also had very poor sound insulation. One morning, at around 5 or 6 a.m., a drunk woman was loudly knocking on the door of the room opposite ours, and the noise woke us up. The air conditioning was also very difficult to control. The temperature shown on the display did not seem to match the actual room temperature. When it was set to 25°C, the room became freezing cold, but when we changed the setting, it could suddenly become too warm. It was almost impossible to find a comfortable temperature. The food was another major disappointment. During the whole stay, there were only about two occasions when the food was genuinely tasty. Most dishes were bland, under-seasoned and had very little flavour. The meat was often dry, and the selection was limited and repetitive. Sometimes there were two or three different rice dishes at the same meal, while there were very few other options. There were also issues with the towels, as they were frequently taken away or unavailable. Thankfully, we had brought our own towels. The pool area and facilities looked much better in the photos than in reality. The building itself feels old and in need of renovation. Many of the sun loungers were uncomfortable, misshapen or worn out. Near the pool bar, water from the air-conditioning system dripped onto guests, and sometimes sand or dirt fell from the upper level when people walked above.
