It was super nice staying here! The accommodation is a 10 out of 10. Beautiful setting, amazing sunsets, and everything was perfect for our stay.

This accommodation definitely deserves a place on my highly recommended list! Considering how far away it is from almost everything, it can easily compete with any accommodation in Bali. Great value for money, a decent breakfast, and an incredibly friendly and flexible team. The room was clean and well laid out. And here’s something we haven’t experienced anywhere else: every room comes with a full 19-litre water dispenser bottle, which is an absolute lifesaver! Excellent drivers for trips and excursions (thanks again, Dio! 🙏🏼). There’s a free shuttle to Crystal Bay. Two more modern restaurants and a local restaurant very close by, plus a small convenience store and a laundry service right next door. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would happily come back anytime. Go for it, and don’t forget to tip generously! 🙏🏼

Nice and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Overall a good place to stay and they helped us with arranging scooty as well. Cryatal bay beach is nearby and easily accessible.

The pool was clean but had burn in eyes after using pool one day. Probably a bit too much bleach so it's better to carry protective gear into the pool.

The family who run Meket Bungalows are absolutely lovely. They will do anything for you. We really appreciated the scooter rental, and the private tour Adi booked for us to go and swim with the Manta Rays. He even showed us how to get to the boat by letting us follow him on the scooter. Very friendly and hospitable.

Our main concern with the property was our bathroom. It has a pebbled area around the shower which is just dirt under the pebbles. This allows all sorts of insects to enter. We had multiple large cockroaches daily, grubs as well as a scorpion which really freaked me out. We had to keep the bathroom door shut. Also there was no hot water at any time we were there. We didn’t use the pool either as the pool beds were covered in mould. Not many people realise how much of a health issue mould actually is, but it wreaks havoc. The location is okay, but you will need to rent a scooter as there is no gojeks on the island, and the bungalows are quite far from everything.
