Milhouse Suites Duomo

Staff was kind and gave clear directions. Without it, apt would have been hard to find. The room came stocked with a coffee machine and coffee pods. It was near the Duomo but far enough away that the street itself was rarely busy.

The location was great and the space itself was really nice. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We were able to get in to the unit early with self check in and the instructions were clear.

The bed was SO hard we felt like we were trying to sleep on cement. So while we wanted to rate this apartment high we just did not sleep and we were so uncomfortable. There was also mold in the shower - There was a little around the corners that you can really see but there is a lot to the side of the seat in the shower. The rest of the apartment was very clean.

Excellent location and the room size is big compared to hotels in Milan .

No lift from ground floor , it’s very inconvenient if you are having heavy luggage .

Excellent location close to the Duomo and other sites

The room doesn't look anything like what they show on the photos. The photos on Booking.com suggest a massive room with art on the walls and a terrace, This is NOT what you get. Also be extra careful when choosing the room - if you're looking for a room with a terrace or not. The posting on Booking.com is deceptive and the staff are NOT helpful at all. The noise from the fridge was super loud. Also could hear the noise from the neighbours quite clearly. Definitely not going back!
