Our precious gem designed for relax, rural tourism and hiking. Just look in the photo gallery to see more of the house. A cottage house, but luxurious in details: several rooms, several fireplaces, central heating throughout the whole house, wine cellar with billiard table, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sun beds, fruit trees for their own use fresh eggs from our chickens.

Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom is composed of a trundle bed and a bunk bed, ideal for children. Villa Cloty San Mateo, offers a beautiful private prefabricated swimming pool and sunbeds in its large garden.

There is a typical market on Saturday and Sunday in the earlier mentioned village, just two kilometres away, official hiking tours good Canarian restaurants, country church and the typical country life. Holiday full of relax and homelike comfort. 

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.

The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 2 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 3, if you want the 3rd, 4th and 5th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the cooresponding occupancy or max cappacity which is 9-10 people.


**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

** A security deposit of 1500€ is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

** One dog allowed paying a 100€ fee
