It is a budget hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. My bed had new sheets and pillow cases !! And the bed was also in good condition, fairly new and super comfy. The aircon worked well. I don't know if it is like this in every room but it was in mine. The front desk staff only spoke a little English but where supper friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.
It is budget so I set my expectations at that level and it was fine,

-Friendly and helpful owner
-Clean room, clean bathroom
-Can get hot water for coffee
-Central location, walk distance to the train station, bus stop and other public transportations, thus great location for backpackers to discover around.
-Room nr. 1 too close to lobby, could be noisy at night, especially at weekend.
-No windows

Bed and sheet were clean. They lent me electric kettle to make coffee.
Ceiling was mouldy and the room smells musty. Awaken in the middle of the night because the ceiling leaks and water dropped on my face.
