The home itself is spacious and family friendly. The pool area had plenty of seating but the heated pool could’ve been warmer. The tv’s need an upgrade to smart tvs so you can stream instead of being limited to cable programming. We did find the outdoor grill was not cleaned at check in and the filtered water from the refrigerator had a chemical taste that we could not drink. The front porch was just lovely with comfortable furniture and a nice view of the lighted trees in downtown Avalon at night. Overall a positive experience and we had an enjoyable vacation.
