Han Apartment

The hosts and this apartment exceeded my expectations. Lyn and Han were amazing hosts - Lyn was extremely welcoming, helpful and providing excellent information for any question I asked throughout my stay. This apartment is located on a friendly, beautiful neighbourhood street, just around the corner from the river and the Dragon Bridge. It is close to everything, yet still quiet, easily accesible and gives a great vibe. I ate from the street vendors every day and the food was amazing. Daisy's Bakery was also around the corner in a side street with delicious offerings every day. The apartment itself was a great size for a studio apartment, the cupboard space was generous, the bed was large, the study desk was helpful, having space for a table and chairs, a kitchen with a large fridge, balcony and well appointed bathroom made for such a lovely stay. The added bonus was having laundry facilities on the top floor. I was staying for a sporting event and needed to wash uniforms regularly and these facilities were so helpful in being able to do this. Lyn also helped me when I left behind an item and we were able to organise it to be returned. I would stay with Lyn and Han in this beautiful apartment again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a wonderful time spent in your neighbourhood and country. Look forward to next time :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich habe mich im Han Apartment vom ersten Moment an wohl und sicher gefühlt, fast wie Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und hat wirklich an alles gedacht, was man braucht – auch die Lage hat für mich super gepasst. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Gastgeberin: Sie ist unglaublich freundlich und sympathisch, und man merkt sofort, wie rücksichtsvoll sie auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste eingeht. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Han Apartment jedem empfehlen, der in Da Nang eine gemütliche, moderne Unterkunft sucht. Danke für die schöne Zeit! ❤️

It was a wonderful experience. Kind and friendly owner and staff. I received a warm welcome and throughout my stay it was nothing less than the best service. The apartment was huge, beautiful, clean, and private. I loved how it was not next to another apartment and that it was spacious, with all the amenities that you will need, and a large patio space. It also had a free laundry unit on the rooftop with detergent. Additionally, there is an elevator. The location is walkable to the Dragon Bridge, and surrounded by many restaurants, street food, and coffee shops. The Hans market is on the other side of the river, which is about a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride. However, they only accept cash payments for the stay. No credit cards accepted.

Well located and well maintained clean functional studio apartment. The washing machine and drying racks area on the terrace were very useful and well stocked with detergent. That’s very thoughtful. Lina is a very nice person and was always quick to respond and suggested some interesting inexpensive but great places ( Len’s Beer) for a meal.

The kitchen could have been stocked with some basic items like salt, sugar. coffee and oil. There were 2 complimentary water bottles and 2 packets of single use 3 in 1 coffee. It was more like a hotel room with a few utensils. It lacked the homely touch. The duvet was too small for a double bed. The washbasin needs better lighting for shaving.
