A great fun hotel but also comfortable! Staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were great. Loved the coffee at Poindexter and the pool upstairs at White Limozeen.

I loved the design and all the restaurants and bars on property. It's a gorgeous hotel full of kitsch and whimsy while still being comfortable.
We stayed for 3 days and never received a cleaning of our room. We had to ask that someone come and simply take old trash away and give us some new towels.

There were so many hidden costs at this hotel. The property was very nice and had a modern Dolly Parton themed decor. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely furnished. The pool area looked nice but paying guests had to pay an extra fee for use.
However, there were multiple resort fees for facilities that were not complementary such as the roof top pool. There was a compulsory $20 charge on our room which could be redeemed on room service or breakfast but it didn’t stretch very far. Never have I been a guest in a 4 or 5 star hotel and not had free access to the pool. It cost an extra $25 per person and required a minimum group of two for access for 3 hours. On the weekend it was $45 per person even for paying guests.
