The breakfast was very good. I liked the freshness and variety of food.

I was confused when front office called me and woke me up at 2am to see if I would like to “ share my room” with a “ guy who needed help”.!! I immediately said no and hung up. What was that all about??

I liked the location of the hotel I enjoyed the breakfast. It had everything I expected Gym was well equipped. AC worked perfectly in the room. Friendly staff

Gym was well equipped, but it did not have some water. Gym opens at 8am, this might not help the early birds. The rest was all good!

I’ve stayed here many times

The size of the room and the bathroom, the size of the bed. Breakfast was fair.

The NOISE and the amenities. This is not a 5 starts hotel. The windows quality needs to be improved to be in this location and have guests, and claim to be a 5 star hotel. At least provide earplugs. The noise from the clubs wouldn’t stop until at least 4 am. It was very hard to sleep, even though we were at the 8th floor. The black out curtains wouldn’t close all the way. The maintenance guy told us that they were the wrong size for that window.. and he stapled them together… There is no bar or restaurant, no room service, one elevator was broken (based on the comments, it’s been broken for months).
