Really great position close to Queens Park and good restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. I liked that it was an apartment with dishwasher, oven, microwave and full size fridge. Kitchen was well equipped. I used the fitness centre too and it had all I needed.
A double adaptor on the bedside table powerpoint would have allowed me use the lamp and charge my phone without having to unplug the alarm clock.

Great staff very welcoming polite and helpful a great start to our weekend in Toowoomba
Location was great, with Queens park and local pubs, cafes, coffee and shopping all walking distance
Our room was super clean, really great
Lol oh no the grey carpets walls AND doors, not a nice look, a bit institutional looking blahhh, get some lovely new paint in the hallways, would look soooo much better

The room was lovely and spacious as well as clean. 1 major problem I was unable to sleep well due to the noise of the night club fitzy’s until they shut which really brought the whole stay down. Could you possibly sound proof the windows. Also the front seat staff just were not warm at all when I arrived and also when we checked out same staff just said thanks when we handed our keys in. Not a friendly how was your stay or thanks for staying with us nothing.
Sound proof windows and warmer friendly staff
