Mezzo Hotel

Located perfectly in a quiet side street off a busy main road, the hotel is a cosy place to relax after sightseeing, etc. I stayed nine days and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, comfy room and bed, and the friendly staff very much. There are tons of cafés, restaurants and shops a few steps away. It's very lively even in the evenings. I would recommend to anyone. If you have a walking disability, make sure that you get a room near an escalator. Only one building has one.

The rooms are rather dark. Before booking, I had asked staff whether there is an escalator, and they said yes. But when I arrived, I had a room on the 3rd floor without one. They kindly changed it the next day.

Great location. A little further from the hustle and bustle but it’s also quieter as tucked away on a side street. Very large room and the breakfast staff was very kind.

The windows had latches that didn’t properly lock well. One when locked could be wiggled and reopened. Having traveled and been warned to secure these entries we stuffed them with slippers to ensure they could not be knocked loose and opened.

I liked the location, it's close to the Kadıköy. We had Many stores, cafes, and restaurants near the hotel.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. We had heavy luggage and didn't have an elevator. The breakfast wasn't very diverse.

Staff were excellent, breakfast was lovely, lady was very nice and looked after us in the restaurant. Location was fine. When we arrived there was a water outage in the area but the girl did not say anything about it when we checked just noticed when we opened the taps there was no water.

The studio we were given was quite run down, although it was marked non smoking it was clearly given to smokers before, you could smell it from a mile. There is no safe in the room. The floor was scuffed, wallls were marked,it would need a good upgrade and a full facelift. The kitchenette had no plates, mugs, glasses etc..cupboards were empty. It looked better on the photos. They might have nicer rooms but they gave us one that was below average We travelled all day and just wanted a shower and sleep.
