location and view are amazing
newly renovated, so somewhat unfinished, for example rusty nails in the grass in the garden.

Beautiful location, amazing yard with pool and hot tub. Big windows to see the amazing views.
Terrible interior finish. Very poor and barely usable furniture. Kitchen is a mess. It’s clear this house was never used by someone living in. So many small things are missing - from dish washer and hand soap to pool towels to cups. The furniture that does exist is bad, in the wrong place, cheap. Lastly there is no personality or soul to the house. No details or care in the decor.
I recommend you have someone live there for a few weeks and give them some budget to make it more livable. It would make a huge impact with very little cost
