I like the place not fancy but very modren and beautiful and the staff were very helpful and the location were very perfect near to resturants and zoo and also supermakt and also very near Amsterdam centrum

Awesome Staff, hands down. No issues here what so ever!
That the entrance/hallway had the sink/vanatimirror (Mirror with the light broken making it SUPER dark with) shower that had 0 hangers for anything with a door opening up to the hallway, wc that was only a toilet, so after the toilet visit you needed to go out to the entrance/hallway to wash your hands, basically the room was a bathroom hallway !
Keep in mind this was the 4 person room!

Room change on request was handled professionally and without hassle.
The first room was nice but was small and did not have a wardrobe. We were staying 5 nights and had a lot of luggage.

It was central and I liked the relaxing reception area
Some staff were abrupt and also spoke loudly to each other which was distracting. When asking for something I was told to wait as they were understaffed. Why was this my problem?
Our room was underground so it was too dark
