Hotel Zen Airport

Friendly, helpful staff. Used the airport shuttle when departing which was a fantastic addition! Comfortable bed, although i thought id requested a twin, we ended up with a double, but both slept well. Clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was good quality and variety. Really tasty. Bar open 24/7 which was nice as we arrived late. Sadly we didnt have enough time to use all the facilities on site.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and pool was great.Shuttle service to beach and to the airport were fabulous and on time.

In our room the hair dryer only worked for 20 secs then stepped. Then after about 3 min it would work again for another 20 secs. The shower sprayer would not stay up high and keep slipping down to the taps. Somewhat minor things but just annoying.

Room was very modern and clean. It had everything I needed for a short stay including a decent air conditioning unit. The pool was good and wasn't busy which was good. The free shuttle was perfect. I stayed here for 1 night ending my 2 week tour around Spain due to it's location to the airport. You are a bit away from the beach but there are shops and restaurants near by as short walk away.

Bar was very busy on the night I was there and with only 2 staff on it was a wait for drinks. I am not sure they expected to be so busy so maybe not a fault of their own.

Pros: location was quiet, room clean and comfortable bed, nice pool and sun loungers Pizza was decent Airport transfer was good

Cons: there is a €200 deposit that seems a bit extreme considering it’s a budget airport hotel. The location is quiet but the hotel is not. If you’re looking to get sleep before an early flight good luck, there was loud music playing all day from reception area until 11pm that kept us up late. If your room is anywhere near reception it’s going to to be a late night. walls are paper thin so the people coming and going through the night had woken us up. There is no lift if you have big suitcases like we did and had to carry them up a flight of stairs parking is 13€ that isn’t advertised at the time of booking. I would never recommend here to anyone it doesn’t serve the purpose of an airport hotel due to the noise issues.
