FERGUS Style Punta Arabi

Nice room. Clean and nice set up with individual villas- like a mini commune. The hippy market on a Weds is very hectic and noisy. Can be difficult to find anything unless you have a map. Pool area very busy but theres a quiet area at the back that is nice.

No water fountains to fill water bottles. Breakfast selection good but some didn't taste great. Reception is very busy - mostly with people complaining. They need more staff to assist. Clientele is a bit older so maybe not one for young people

The layout. As opposed to a ‘cramped’ hotel vibe, especially with it being Ibiza, I really enjoyed the aesthetics of the hotel.

There was roaches in the room. Can be from the fact that it’s Spain, it’s hot and the window was open but just wasn’t happy at the fact the hotel did nothing about it. Also we came back from being out and there was a cat in our room. In addition the water wasn’t working; thankfully we had gotten ready when it was but by the time we had come back, as it had been fixed whilst we were out, our room essentially flooded, but again nothing was done about it. The TV also didn’t work, we contacted the hotel but no one was able to resolve it, so we were TV-less our whole stay. Irregardless I had the best time everrr, it was my first time in Ibiza and I have booked to stay here again lol. The staff were really friendly and overall it was such a nice experience despite everything.

Property was beautiful.

Bathroom has no privacy, pool closes at 7 One of my bookings (room) had no shower door. We had a sink that didn’t drain and big roaches ..

The market, the food, the spa

Too many mosquitos everywhere, we got bitten to death and it ruined the holiday.
