Das Hotelpersonal ist überaus freundlich, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wirkt sehr familiär, alleine schon weil es vergleichsweise wenig Zimmer gibt. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und durch die vergleichsweise wenigen Gäste sehr entspannt. Die Lage empfand ich als sehr gut, alles ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.
Ich war im dem älteren Teil des Hotels untergebracht. Es hatte auf jeden Fall auch seinen Charm, auch wenn die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem nochmals buchen, auch wenn ich in dem älteren Teil untergebracht wäre.

Très bon emplacement à quelques minutes à pieds des plages et du centre ville . Personnel très accueillant. Repas simples mais de bonne qualité. Grande terrasse.

Excellent mattress and very good breakfast and dinner buffets. The hotel has two beautiful pools with plenty of shade available throughout the day, and the beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The cleaning service was also excellent. Every time we left the sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned, the cleaning staff came and took care of it. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
A lot of old people as guests, but that is the same in the whole Paguera in September…

Good breakfast, the room was clean
Rude and arrogant receptionist that checked us in.
Bad smell in the room that didn't go away when airing. Our room was very loud.
