Hotel Santa Rosa

The hotel is very clean and bright, a lovely scent throughout the hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Pool area was comfortable, and pool clean with stunning views. Room had everything you needed for a great stay, TV allowed streaming too.

I requested a sea view on arrival however couldn’t be accommodated due to being sold out, not hotel’s fault. Shame the pool bar was closed as had to walk round via street acccess to get a drink. Location is deceiving as class as Torrox, but furthest El Morche so a good 40 min walk to Torrox Costa. Parking facilities was terrible, more like a building site and not secure or clean!! Ended up parking hire car on road.

Access from the beach should be key coded due to people using the pool non-residents!

My loo was broken, they took a while to repair it and then it broke again which was a bit disappointing, and they didn’t offer any compensation , free drink or anything….

The rooms were clean,modern and comfortable. The breakfast was suitable for all different tastes.

We were not informed that on the night we arrived there was a wedding booked in which continued until 4.30am with music and very loud noise heard in all rooms. The following night there was a baptism party which was luckily fairly quiet but on the last night there was another party which seemed to be a singer. This singer began at 11.30 pm and continued until the early hours. No notice or warning was given for any of these celebrations which was disappointing as it kept everyone up.
