The room size was great. Big bedroom and large bathroom. Furnishings very nice. The restaurant was excellent as were the staff.
I didn't like getting a twin bed room as I was on my own and would have preferred a double. I found the pillows a tad hard.

Location is perfect for exploring Brugge. Considering how close you are to the hustle and bustle of the town it is a very quiet location. The room was very clean, supplied with two small bottles of water, a coffee pod machine (with 4 pods), a fridge and all the toiletries we needed for our stay.
Having to park around the corner in the next street wasn't ideal but it would be impossible to provide anything better when in such an old developed area.

We've stayed in the Duke's Residence on two previous occasions. This time we were kindly upgraded to the Pavillion overlooking the beautiful gardens. Quiet, central location, pleasant and helpful staff, would definitely return and recommend.
Nothing comes to mind.

Location
Had to move rooms because of drain smell in first room - they must have known about the smell but put us in the room anyway. Then they lost my shaving mirror in the transfer.
