Room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Great to have access to the spa facilities
The changing rooms were a little tired and could do with updating.

Close to the city centre.
Great gym. Everyone was friendly.

Good location. City centre was easily accessible. Rooms were comfortable if a bit worn and tired.
Had a nice meal on the first night.
Rooms were very hot due to windows being closed. Hotel is on the edge of the canal which creates a smell.
Was most disappointed in the breakfast. Lacked variety and had very little options for children. It was very busy so meant the hot food was constantly running out. Overall would have expected a better quality breakfast.
