An excellent, large hotel complex offering a wide range of activities for all ages, especially for kids. The breakfast was excellent—the best we’ve had at hotels of this kind.
The hotel and rooms are a bit worn and dated.
We tried the Funhouse with the kids, and some of the arcade games weren't working at all—the same went for the ones at the hotel.

There’s lots to do
I tried to contact the hotel several times before our stay as my mum has mobility issues but no answer on phone or reply to email

Comfortable room. Lovely ensuite
Check in very busy and hectic. Our room wasn't ready and we had to wait over half an hour until it was.

It’s a big hotel with good facilities. They have good facilities for families with kids including mini arcades and a pool. The hotel could so with updating but the room was a good size and comfortable.
The reception staff were rude and extremely slow in checking people in- the queue was huge and only 1 staff member checking in- the chap kept addressing my husband who had nothing to do with the booking other accompanying me. Even the woman behind me was shocked at his behaviour. It actually made me really angry and put me off if I’m honest. Also someone had been sick near the back entrance to the car park and it was still there when we left 2 days later
