The location was very scenic and super quiet. The food was well prepared

Needs a little maintenance and a feminine touch

Great location in the middle of nature, on top of the lake. Pool is nice, plenty of sun beds outside of the pool area. The restaurant is very good, tasty menu with local products. Plenty of nature activities around the property from walks to kayak.

Some improvement on the staff side to be done, but we acknowledge the fact this is not an easy topic in this area. Beside that the owner was very friendly and this should not restrain you to pick this property for your next nature vacation in Portugal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, leider entspricht es nicht einem 4* Hotel. Das Essen war sehr gut und Preis-Leistung ist ok. Das Ambiente zum Essen war sehr schön eingebettet in viel Grün und schönem Licht. Wenn es etwas liebevoller und renoviert wäre ist es ein tolles sehr spezielles Hotel das viel Ausstrahlung und einen speziellen Charme hat. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ein idealer Ort zur Entspannung.

Das Personal versteht praktisch kein Englisch, der Poolbereich ist sehr ungepflegt, die Dusche geht gar nicht, der Boden ist sehr kaputt an manchen Stellen verletzt man sich. Für ein 4* Hotel sehr schlecht. Es sollte überall renoviert werden. Das Personal ist zeitweise gar nicht anwesend und man muss lange warten um etwas zu bestellen. Auch stinkt es jeden Morgen nach Kanalisation und wir konnten nicht feststellen an was das liegen konnte. Schade ist auch das Angebot für das Kanufahren nur zweier Boote und keine einer Boote und das Tretboot war defekt. Aber was definitiv fehlt sind Fahrräder denn ideale Umgebung zum ausfahren!!
