The room itself was excellent, as was the food, service, and friendliness of all the staff, and its location.
The reason for the low score is that first I knew that hotel was not suitable for people with mobility problems was when I arrived and saw the access. Up a slope with some steps, but no handrail, other than to climb the 4 steeper steps into the hotel. It was only when I read the information book that it said it was not suitable and there was certainly nothing to say that on the Booking.com website. it's access made my stay there very difficult. I can climb stairs, but only with a handrail. This problem should certainly have been mentioned on booking.com as well as in the information leaflet.
