Staff were awesome and welcoming!!
We had the 3 single bed room and it was nice, except for a funky type outdoor(?) carpet and the tub is very high and dangerous to get out of ( otherwise the hotel would have been a 9. We all agreed the breakfast was great, too! Parking garage was easy/four blocks down the same road. We enjoyed staying here!

The hotel is right in the downtown, very close to all restaurants and supermarkets. 5 to 10 min walk distance to the metro or tram. Maybe 15 min walk to the beach area in Nice.
The Wifi is terrible, always on and off. The room is just fine with stony floor and not so comfy bed. The emergency alarm went off in the late evening and all the people just run to the lobby. It took maybe 15 min for the staff to turn it off but no one came and explained what happened. Not really appreciated, especially when you travel alone.
