Mercure Paris Roissy CDG

Room clean with comfortable beds, china cups for tea hurrah! Paper cups in previous Mercure hotel in the city centre! Location excellent for early transfer to airport. Taxi booked for wrong time but easily amended at 0400 with a big thank you to the night Reception staff.

The bar staff were initially very unwelcoming this was not service with a smile! This got better as the evening progressed. The restaurant was very busy ( a coach load of UK travellers were in house) therefore service was slow with a delay in ordering food. An oncoming staff member who appeared to be seconded from the kitchen saved the day - he was delightful cheerful courteous & respectful & dealt with disgruntled tour group visitors in a polished professional & personable manner. Our stay was last Saturday September 20th so I hope he gets recognised for outstanding service.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, which was extremely conveniently located near Paris CDG Airport. The airport shuttle service was efficient and made getting to and from the hotel very easy. The staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. I was particularly grateful for being offered an early check-in after my flight. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay, especially for travellers using CDG Airport.

Dirty carpet Dirty walls Room spray all over The restaurant food was not good I had a chicken salad with old potatoes, weird bread crumbs and salad leaves that were from the outside of the salad head.
