Location and cleanness
Nothing

Location is amazing. Property is clean and rooms are silent enough. The amenities are also sufficient and correspond with the price and rating.
The bathroom was a bit disappointing and could be improved. Window didn't close properly either.

The staff was excellent, very nice and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable.
The rooms were very old, not so much like the photos. The toilet seat was cracked and ran all night long. Carpet in the room was old.
