Excellent location, discreet service and understated elegance. Everything was seamless, from check-in to the little details. A refined stay that quietly delivers the level of hospitality one appreciates. Would gladly return.

Room 802. Fastest check-in and out I ever had, checking in and out at reception was very straightforward, efficient and local. Room is bigger than in the photos. 10/10 comfort including the bathroom. Recommend the hotel to put the toothbrush, soap items (except the additional toilet roll) at the ground level for guest to take themselves (seem like a waste as I only use one). Cleaning staff greeted me every morning. The restaurant is small, and the breakfast is simple and suffice. It wasn't crowded whether I came at 7:15am or 8am. Location is okay from Mongkok Station. 7-11 is nearby. Will come again since this hotel price is better (for a solo traveller like me).

Value for money for Hong Kong, location, size of room, room modern.

Breakfast was definitely not worth 168 HKD/person. Not on par of what I expect for a British called chain hotel for this price. No beans, no bacon and no decent bread only the sandwich toast bread and some small Danish. The curry stew is good. The orange use is really sour. Staff didn't say good morning. The cleaning staff was most friendly.
