We stayed here because my husband participated in the Kitzbuehel Cycling Marathon. I don't believe we have ever felt so welcomed in any hotel we have ever stayed! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay: hotel was gorgeous and laid out well, we thoroughly enjoyed all the spa facilities and as we opted for half board the dining for breakfast and dinner was a particular standout - not just run of the mill food but really filling and massive portion sizes.
Weirdly no maple syrup for the delicious pancakes at breakfast! (Maybe this is a cultural thing)

Good level of service, cozy rooms, excellent view on mountains, balcony, one of the largest and most up-to-date spa area in the Alps, stylish lobby and restaurant areas, amazing breakfast, and very good a la carte diner. Shuttle bus to pick up from / drop at the train station and the cable car.
Glass walls in the bathroom, a bit dated.

Liked the room and pool area; dinner was good but often came in small portions; lackluster breakfast buffet was okay
Staff was very offputting at times
(Young staffers were trying there best while others were rolling their eyes at guests and starting arguments in front of the whole dining hall when guests had simple questions)
Room was not cleaned properly
