Hotel Schloss Ragaz

We had a nice stay at Hotel Schloss Ragaz. However, the hotel and its facilities feel a bit dated and could benefit from better maintenance. This was noticeable in the room as well as in the pool and spa area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but considering the price, we found the value for money to be average. With some renovation and improvements to the facilities, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special. We also had dinner at the hotel and tried the Indian food, which was decent, although the portions were quite small.

The location is top and the restaurant is special in particular to sit outdoor in summer. Nice people who work there, very helpful. The thermal bath is a 15 min walk and worth a visit.

The rooms (garden Pavillons) did come into the years and should be renovated over time. No air conditioning in summer and lack of window to open at night.

Helpful receptionist and restaurant. They made me a packed lunch as I wanted to leave before breakfast. Room had tea and coffee and a small kitchen. There is also a swimming pool that was nice in the hot weather.

It’s getting a little old and needs some renovation. Bar looked a little outdated

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The location is beautiful, and we were lucky to visit during a sunny weekend. We stayed in one of the garden pavilions directly opposite the pool, which was incredibly convenient. We could easily go for a swim and then relax on our private terrace with sun loungers. The pavilion itself was lovely, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Check-in was quick and efficient, the pool area was fantastic, the sauna was great, and the entire property was beautifully maintained with lush greenery everywhere. Breakfast was excellent, and overall everything exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect relaxing getaway, and we would happily return in the future.

Nothing significant to complain about. It is important to understand that this is not a luxury five-star resort, but rather a comfortable, down-to-earth hotel that offers excellent value for money. This was already my second stay here, and I believe that speaks for itself. We enjoyed our visit very much and would happily come back again in the future.
