Everything was great! We had a spacious room with a beautiful canal view. The water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water. It's in a quiet and pretty courtyard but still close to all the things.

The location was fabulous. So close to Rialto e and great restaurants and bars that weren’t only for tourists

You can easily walk here from Rialto Bridge.
Very central location so expect it to be noisy and busy outside your window and as soon as you leave the property. The featured window - in the ‘deluxe room’ is not comfortable to sit in and as you are low down boats pass very closely! We were woken on both mornings by deliveries and noise including music being played on boats.
There is a damp smell in the room and it is quite dated.
The reception desk is mostly unattended so you have to let yourself in and out of the hotel. This could be a problem if you arrive late for check in or needed to speak to staff.
