The location was great. Right beside the train and bus stop. Lovely staff. Very clean hotel. Lovely pool and Jacuzzi
Over 600 channels on the tv but no English speaking channels. Apartment behind the hotel was getting construction work done so very noisy this morning but that's not the hotels fault

Very clean, friendly staff. Location was just up the street from the old town and across the street from the train station.

2 minute walk from train station and bus stop. Hotel was very clean and rooms had much needed air conditioning. Plenty of hangers for hanging clothes. Breakfast choice was good and varied.
Male receptionist who checked us in was very rude and very abrupt, Not keen on providing local information, and had a real attitude towards us, yet the evening male receptionist seemed pleasant and acknowledged us
when we arrived back in the evening. Hotel was a 15-20 minute walk all uphill from centre of Desenzano. in 36 degree heat was a tough trek
